Return & Exchange Policy – Etimad Mart
At Etimad Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible and transparent return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags/accessories
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
❗ Products that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect:
- Personal care products (e.g., trimmers, shavers)
- Undergarments or worn clothing
- Customized or clearance items
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp (0307 1111832) or email (info@etimadmart.com) within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
- Our team will review your request and confirm the return eligibility.
- If approved, you will be asked to send the product back using any courier service of your choice.
Note:
If the product has an issue and a repair or exchange request is approved, the customer will send the parcel at their own expense. After the repair or replacement, Etimad Mart will send the parcel back at our cost.
4. Exchange Process
If you received the wrong item, size, or color:
- We will replace the item after receiving the incorrect product.
- In case the desired product is out of stock, you can choose an alternative item or request a refund.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued if the product is out of stock, damaged, or if no replacement is available.
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
6. Important Notes
- Etimad Mart reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy.
- Always make an unboxing video as proof in case of damaged or missing items.
