1. Delivery Locations

We proudly deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including remote areas where courier service is available.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed via SMS, call or WhatsApp after placement.
  • Order Handling Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Out-of-stock items: If an item is unavailable, our team will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative or refund.

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days (depending on location)
  • Remote Areas: May take up to 7 business days

Please note that delays may occur during holidays, sales, or extreme weather conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Orders: Shipping charges will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on selected items or when the order meets a minimum purchase amount (as advertised on our website).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp, which you can use to track your parcel on the courier’s website.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on products across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • No response from the customer
  • Repeated delivery attempts failed

The order may be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Share unboxing pictures or videos as proof.
  • We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
